Shipments and returns

Fairytale Versandhaus delivers to all Swiss and Lichtenstein towns. 

Orders to Germany, Austria and other European countries are currently not possible!

You will usually receive your delivey within 2 - 3 working days after receipt of order. If the item is currently not in stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail about the expected delivery time.

We reserve the right that certain items advertised on the website are not available. As soon as one or more items of your order are not availabe, you will receive an information by e-mail and you will have the possibiliy to cancel the order, modify it or receive it only with the products that are available.

Received items can be returned within two weeks without giving any reason. If the returned items show traces of use, you are not entitled to a refund of the purchase price. If the invoice has not been settled at this time, it is still due.
